This iridescent acrylic rack is mounted with offset screws (in brassy gold tone or silver tone stainless steel) that suspend it 1 inch off the wall, allowing you to hang earrings of varying sizes and shapes. Hanging instructions here.
 
It's easy to hang any type of earring in the little slots. Just make a bit of space between your earring and its backing and slide it in. The itty bitty holes are for huggie hoops, still my favorite type of closure. Wider spaced hooks at the bottom are intended for necklaces, but could also hold rings. It can really hold anything!
